The first step toward meaningful change can feel overwhelming, especially when you're unsure where to begin — but you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to walk beside you on your path to healing, growth, and self-discovery.
As a compassionate and dedicated psychotherapist, I offer a safe, inclusive space where your voice is heard, respected, and valued. I believe that real, lasting change begins with a strong, trusting relationship with each client — one built on empathy, respect, and collaboration. My goal is to help you feel supported and empowered every step of the way, leading you towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.
I am deeply passionate about helping others reconnect with their inner strength and resilience to overcome life’s challenges. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and emotions that may be holding you back, and work toward creating meaningful, lasting change in your life. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what matters most to you — whether that’s building healthy coping strategies, processing past experiences, or taking steps toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and true to who you are.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and use an integrative, culturally sensitive approach tailored to your unique needs. My work draws from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Strengths-Based approaches.
This is a space where healing begins, and I look forward to being part of your journey toward a better tomorrow. If you think I may be a good fit, book a free phone consultation so I can help you get started.
